"But it's cute and clean in a nice neighbourhood close to transportation – public transportation as well as highways – and good shopping."
For buyers with ambition, the house can easily be personalized. "People are rediscovering those old neighbourhoods and gentrifying it by expanding [houses] out, up and at the back," Ms. Gludish adds.
