The Agent's Take: "For $315,000, it's excellent value in today's market – for parking, locker – and it's a good size at 756 square feet, compared to new," agent Dino Capocci says. "It had nice paint, brand-new appliances and little things were done, like improving the layout."

Equally sought after are the entertainment venues on hand. "The building has nice amenities, concierge, nice gym, sauna and guest suites, which you don't find too often any more," Mr. Capocci notes.

"Plus, it's on the Bloor line, which is a big thing, and you are minutes to Cabbagetown and Yorkville."
