Larco Investments, the development team behind the Village at Park Royal in West Vancouver, hopes to bring urban lifestyles to suburbia once again with its latest release at Morgan Crossing in South Surrey.
Central is a 33-unit condominium atop a village of more than 60 shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other conveniences.
"Our vision is to create an urban neighbourhood in the heart of a suburban market," says Rick Amantea of Larco Investments' development team.

"Our first approach was to create a retail offering in this area, but we realized nearby residents were looking for more opportunities to stay in their community and have this type of lifestyle opportunity," says Mr. Amantea.
"We wanted to build a community that was different from the others offered in the area that would appeal to nearby residents."
Like the Village at Park Royal, Larco envisions Morgan Crossing to be a community focused neighbourhood with high-end retail shops just steps away.
"Our research indicated that South Surrey is as strong as the North Shore in terms of purchasing power," says Mr. Amantea.
The homes at Morgan Crossing seek to continue this urban vibe and have been designed for modern living with stainless steel appliances, electric fireplaces and spacious balconies or patios ranging up to 1,055 square feet.
The interiors have been designed by Creative Design Works. Each home has hardwood laminate flooring, European cabinetry and three available colour schemes. The bathrooms have polished chrome fixtures, soaker tubs and granite or marble countertops.
