The Agent’s Take: “It’s in a prime Junction area, close to everything,” says agent Holly Chandler. “The building is increasing in popularity because the Junction is changing every day with amazing new stores.”

Equally astounding are the unit’s appointments. “The owners opted for updates, so it showed really well,” Ms. Chandler states. “It was a split layout, so it was perfect, especially for having guests because it has the optimum amount of privacy.”
