As for the house, it was free of work, ideal for families. "The home itself and the grounds are pristine – every nook of the house was updated or maintained really well and it had a fabulous three-storey addition to the side," Ms. Brown said.
"[Plus] many of the homes in the area don't even have fences because the children all go from one yard to another like it's a giant playground."
