What They Got: This Silver Valley three-bedroom, 1,538-square-foot townhouse has an open floor plan, fenced yard and southern exposed deck. It also has a mountain view and is close to a playground, trails, equestrian amenities and Golden Ears Park. The complex was built in 2011 and the unit was sold by the original owner. It’s a basic model, since the owner decided against upgrades at the time of construction.

The Action: The sellers are a young professional couple who sold when they found a detached house in the area that offered more space.

Within two hours of the first showing, the agents received four offers. Another townhouse in the complex had sold for $353,000, but it had more upgrades. There are also two other active listings in the complex, so the owners were pleased to sell for $11,500 above asking, says agent Jason Dryburgh.

The Agent’s Take: “The prime location and the layout is what sold this property,” says Mr. Dryburgh.
