Home of the Week, 314 Palmerston Rd., Toronto. The College Street Baptist Church at the corner of College Street and Palmerston Boulevard was a late-Victorian landmark that had fallen into disrepair when real estate developer Matthew Kosoy decided to buy the building in 2007.

The houses are designed for owners who want a large modern house in an edgy downtown neighbourhood. Mr. Kosoy hired New York-based architect Anthony Fieldman of RAFT and Toronto-based Mazen el-Abdallah of Mazen Studio to design the house.
