The Action: In the Upper Beaches community, this semi-detached residence was available for private tours midweek and two public open houses on the weekend, which were attended by about 100 buyers. Like many properties in the area, it sold in a bidding war between two buyers.

"This extra-wide semi has lovely upgrades and finishes, and a great wood-burning fireplace that makes the space feel cozy and inviting as soon as you walk through the door."
