The Agent’s Take: “Of all attached properties I’ve sold in last couple of weeks in the Lower Mainland, everything sold for over asking, so it’s still active and competitive for sure,” says Mr. Bahari.
“It’s the detached [market] that’s pausing and adjusting and taking in that foreign buyer tax.”
