Katie Bennett is principal of Double Black Diamond Coaching in Vancouver, and an Associate Coach with the Ken Blanchard Companies, a global leader in leadership training. Katie is an executive coach and speaker and has been working with senior leaders and their teams across Canada and the U.S. since 1999. She also works with clients in career transition and small business owners looking to build their business.

Katie is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, has completed certification with The Coaches Training Institute and has an honours degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. She has been writing articles for The Globe and Mail newspaper for the past several years in the Mentor Minute article series.

Prior to coaching, Katie spent 11 years as an advertising executive in both Toronto and Vancouver. She has been married since 1997, and is proud mother of two boys. When she is not with her boys or coaching her clients, you will find her on the ski slopes at Whistler or biking or running on the trails of Vancouver's North Shore.

Eileen Chadnick principal of Big Cheese Coaching, is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (by International Coach Federation) and is an Adler Certified Professional Coach, as well as an Accredited Business Communicator. She works with leaders of varying levels and helps individuals, groups and organizations develop more emotionally intelligent leadership. She is a passionate advocate for creating work and lives that are meaningful and authentic.

She is also certified in the EQ-i/EQ 360 program and focuses on mandates related to leadership development, employee engagement, corporate culture, communications, career management and work-life engagement. She also offers her services to boomers as they plan for retirement.

Additionally, Eileen brings more than 20 years of professional communications experience and has held various senior-level communications roles with two of Canada's leading PR agencies, a Canadian bank and a financial services payments association.

Eileen earned a Bachelor of Education from McGill University majoring in fitness. Earlier in her career she taught fitness and wellness, and has been a runner for more than 30 years.

Eileen Dooley is a certified coach and lead consultant for Cam McRae Consulting, an outplacement and career coaching firm located in Calgary. Combining coaching with her additional skills in mediation, negotiation and communications, Eileen provides clients with balanced perspectives that help them realize their opportunities and potential.

Professionally trained and certified as a coach through the International Coaches Federation and having additional training in mediation and negotiation, Eileen spent 15 years as a communications professional, providing counsel to senior-level management and internal teams.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a diploma in Corporate Communications and a university certificate in Strategic Management. She is a member of the International Coaches Federation, the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta. She is also a periodic contributor to The Globe and Mail, Calgary Herald, QR77 and other Post Media and Corus news outlets, as well as a presenter at various organizations for workplace and career issues.

Bruce Sandy, principal of BruceSandy.com and Pathfinder Coaching & Consulting, is a certified career, executive and relationship coach, consultant, writer and professional speaker who has been working with clients from across Canada, the U.S.A. and abroad since 1992.

He is an executive coach with the executive MBA program at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and has taught and guest lectured on management, leadership, and career development at UBC, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Dalhousie University.
