In the third of four video debates moderated by James Milway, executive director of the Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity, a union leader an entrepreneur discuss whether Canada has a shortage of skilled workers. Watch United Steelworkers Union director Ken Neumann and serial entrepreneur Govindh Jayaraman face off.

Mr. Neumann is long-time contributor to the economic policy debate in Canada, and Mr. Jayaraman has started more than a dozen companies, including GreenStop Inc., a pioneer in the renewable fuels industry. He is a leader in the Entrepreneurs Organization, an international group of business owners.
