'Life's been pretty good,' admits Ross Seeley, who was employed at Caterpillar's Electro Motive Diesel for 29 years before the plant closed three months ago. He is worried, however, about how the shutdown will affect his pension as he was six months away from retiring and although he says he still will have to work, the pension decision will determine how long or hard he may have to do so.
