Henk Van der Kolk is the co-founder of the Toronto International Film Festival. One of the world's most prestigious film festivals, TIFF, a non-profit organization, attracts hundreds of thousands of film lovers and generates millions of dollars for the city of Toronto every year. Mr. Van der Kolk has also produced several feature films.

Mr. Van der Kolk and TIFF have helped shape the film industry in Canada, and brought Canadian cinema to an international audience for 35 years.
