STATUS: 90 per cent complete in Edmonton with 71 kilometres built; 70 per cent complete in Calgary with 70 kilometres built.

4. CARBON CAPTUREThree industrial projects – Alberta Carbon Trunk Line, Shell Quest and Swan Hills Sunfuels – that the province is heavily subsidizing in hopes of reducing Alberta's greenhouse gas emissions by 4.1 million tonnes annually beginning in 2015.
