Toronto-based SensorSuite has a system that, through sensors placed at various points in a commercial building, allow for fully automated or remote control over its energy systems. Commercial landlords have an interest in improving their buildings' energy efficiency, not just because it saves them money, but also because it can be a necessity for attracting tenants. But in older buildings, it’s not that easy to become more energy efficient, which is where technology such as SensorSuite's can help.
