Jim Walton and Alice Walton are seventh and eighth on Forbes’ annual list of the richest Americans, with wealth totals of $26.8-billion and $26.3-billion respectively. Mr. Walton, 64, is chairman and CEO of Arvest Bank Group, Inc., and lives in Bentonville, Ark. Ms. Walton, 62, is chairman of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and lives in Fort Worth, Tex.
S. Robson Walton, 68, chairman of Wal-Mart Stores, is No. 9, with $26.1 billion. He lives in Bentonville, Ark.
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, 70, stood tenth on Forbes’ annual list with a wealth of $25-billion.
