Target celebrated its Canadian arrival and the launch of a store at Shoppers World Danforth in Toronto's east end with a star-studded event featuring actresses Sarah Jessica Parker, Elisha Cuthbert and Blake Lively as well as its famous 'Bullseye' dog in Toronto on Thursday evening.
