According to entrepreneur and author Alistair Croll, to be truly disruptive, you have to be a liar, delusional and willing to take big risks. After all, most of the most earth-shaking emerging technology - like Netflix's streaming video or Apple's iPhone, required someone to commit to a vision of the world that didn't exist before and go up against all odds to succeed.
