Terwillegar Community Recreation Centre was designed with input from multiple community and special interest groups, as well as technical and operational participants. The result is a facility designed around a ‘Social Heart’ and gathering place for the surrounding community that includes aquatic facilities, indoor track and fitness centre, climbing wall, child minding and child development, multipurpose and meeting rooms, flexihall, lease spaces, and public art. Completed December, 2010.

Montecanal Condominium is a four-storey, nine-unit boutique condominium project by Spanish developers in Calgary and designed by Sahuri. A dramatic glass entrance and lofted ceilings make this a signature residential address in the heart of trendy Kensington Village in Calgary.

Calgary Immigrant Education Society provides education, multimedia information, job bank, and referral services to newcomers and economically disadvantaged people to help them find their rightful places in Canadian society. Sahuri designed this three-storey facility to provide classrooms, training rooms, meetings spaces and administrative support spaces for this not-for-profit agency. Completed April, 2012.

Shell Scotford Administration Centre is comprised of two parts: An administration building that will accommodate 491 people when it is complete, and renovations to the existing adjacent administration building. The new build is an open-concept design that places people at the periphery of the building, providing access to natural light to building inhabitants.

South Station Fire Hall No. 5 is a joint purpose building for the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, or RMWB. In addition to being a fully functional fire station, the building is also the central maintenance facility for the entire RMWB Fire Department, and the location of the Regional Emergency Operations Centre, or REOC.

The West Lethbridge Centre, Crossings Library, is the first building of its kind in Southern Alberta and it is an intrinsic part of a multi-age residential community that includes young families to seniors. The project has one of the largest single construction footprints to date in the City of Lethbridge. The Centre combines the Crossings Branch Public Library, Chinook High School and the West Campus of Catholic Central High School.
