Connect with venture capitalists, angel investors and media by submitting an 'Elevator Pitch' with your small-business idea, and have it reviewed by a panel of judges and your peers. (Please note this is only open to Canadian entries.)
The two best-rated video submissions will be revealed on a live webcast by Direct Engagement Show in the next few months. One of them will be selected by viewers and the other by the judges who include:
- Two U.S.-based venture capitalists, one of whom specializes in technology, the other in consumer goods.
- An early stage Canadian venture capitalist.
- Two renowned Canadian angel investors.
- Two small-business editors, including a representative from The Globe and Mail's Your Business.
