In this edition of Inside Jobs, we head to McVean Farm where Paul Stewart and Shira Katzberg grow an assortment of vegetables on a small plot of land they’re leasing from a non-profit. It’s their first year growing on their own, and while they’ve learned the work can be quite rigorous, they’ve also discovered that farmer’s markets can be quite lucrative
