The Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada has filled the hole created by Maureen Jensen's departure for the Ontario Securities Commission.

Wendy Rudd will start at IIROC next week, taking on the role of senior vice-president for regulation and policy. Most recently she worked at financial services consulting firm Capco and before that all over Bay Street, including TriAct Canada, ITG Canada and CIBC World Markets.

Her predecessor, Ms. Jensen, was previously head of surveillance and compliance at IIROC (a slightly different role) and is now executive director and chief administrative officer at the OSC.
