RBC adds more staff to London office Add to ...

RBC Dominion Securities has hired Sean Taor as managing director and global head of public sector debt capital markets in its London office.

Mr. Taor heads over from Barclays Capital, where he was the global head of rates syndication. Mr. Taor worked at Barclays for 18 years. Although he is RBC's new global head, the Canadian public sector team, led by Grant Berry, will continue to report within Canada.

It's been a busy few weeks for RBC's U.K. business. The dealer recently hired a new advisory head and also acquired wealth manager BlueBay Asset Management PLC for $1.6-billion.
