There's a homecoming of sorts at Royal Bank of Canada's infrastructure-finance team.

Sekhar Angepat has returned to RBC as co-head of the infrastructure team, working alongside Vickie Turnbull.

Mr. Angepat got his start in the business at RBC, but moved to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce four years ago. In 2013, he relocated to New York from Toronto to help with CIBC's expansion in infrastructure- and debt-capital markets south of the border.

Mr. Angepat and Ms. Turnbull previously worked together during his first round at RBC. Ms. Turnbull joined the dealer from Toronto-Dominion Bank in 2007.
