Can social media help boost a company’s bottom line? That’s what we set out to discover in this five-part video series that tracks the progress of Toronto-based small business Power Hockey Academy, which instructs young players. Owner Richard Power wanted to learn how to use social media to market his business, and ultimately, to draw more customers. Dave Wilkin, owner of Redwood Strategic, spent several weeks coaching Richard on how to do this, and the results were pretty amazing.
