Bellwether: The view from Orangeville
If the Canadian Alliance is to make inroads in Ontario this federal election, it will have to do so in ridings like Dufferin-Peel-Wellington-Grey. Globe and Mail reporter John Gray will be visiting it occasionally over the course of the campaign to measure its mood.

If the leaders of any of Canada's federal political parties had found themselves on the streets of Orangeville, Ont. Sunday, they would not have found it a flattering experience.
