7-Eleven plans to move into malls

7-Eleven Canada Inc. wants to become an even more convenient store by moving into malls, hospitals, universities and airports to try to capture a larger customer base.The convenience store chain, with 500 outlets in Canada, is in the early stages of talks to scoop up non-traditional locations as it looks to challenge take-out restaurants, variety stores and small grocers, said Jim Waldron, vice-president of development at 7-Eleven Canada.
