Ottawa told Canada Post to hire ad firm, Ouellet testifies
OTTAWA -- The federal government told Canada Post to hire Liberal-connected advertising agency Lafleur Communication, which was chosen without competitive bids, as one of its regular ad firms, the suspended president of the Crown corporation, André Ouellet, testified yesterday.
