Arts groups fan fears of Tory Party win

Arts and culture are "genuinely in peril" in this election, according to Stephen Waddell, national executive director of ACTRA, the 21,000-member union of cinema, television and radio performers. The situation is far worse, he says, than during the free-trade debates in the late 1980s and 1990s.
