Ballard could use home-grown commercialization
If a company could be compared with a hockey team, Ballard Power Systems Inc. would be corporate British Columbia's Vancouver Canucks. Government, universities and even the environmentalist David Suzuki Foundation are rooting for the local giant, which has developed the hydrogen fuel cell to power vehicles.
