It's as debatable as the continuing existence of the man himself: Did Elvis save Toronto?A Border collie named after the gyrating King of Rock 'n' Roll was one dog named yesterday as residents of the Beaches tried to determine the identity of the "nice dog" that ran up to James Paul Stanson, reportedly convincing him to turn himself in, along with his cache of weapons and ammunition.
