Top U.S. court undercuts Bush

WASHINGTON -- The U.S. Supreme Court dealt a major blow to the Bush administration's war on terrorism yesterday, ruling that terrorism suspects -- including the 600 foreigners being held at Guantanamo Bay -- have a right to question their detention in U.S. courts.
