Caribana hot, but big crowds keep their cool, police say
They came, danced and revelled, but despite the large crowds, Caribana organizers and police say this year's event was relatively peaceful."Compared to last year with SARS and everything, this year was overwhelming," said Caribana spokesman Stephen Weir, who estimates that about 1.1 million people attended Saturday's parade.
