Needed: concrete action to halt the sprawl of . . . concrete
As David Caplan sees it, the teeming masses of Southern Ontario don't really want that much out of life. They want their communities to be safe and clean, of course, and they want easy access to food, shelter, education and health facilities, not to mention gridlock-free roads and convenient, affordable public transit. Oh, and did I mention green space and recreation areas?
