Ford finds happiness in his effort

ATHENS -- David Ford had told his family and friends not to come to Greece. He wanted to be left alone at the Athens Olympics because he hoped to settle an old score. He wanted to concentrate and give his all so he could walk away content with wherever he finished -- first, last or somewhere in between.
