He's got the whole World in his hands

MONTREAL -- David Novek does his best to put on an optimistic face while sitting down to discuss the 28th annual World Film Festival. The festival's director of communications, who has returned to the position after a 15-year hiatus, insists this year's event, which launches tonight, will be a "love-in" between the festival, its management, audiences and local media.
