Delist it as Iraq partner, Costa Rica to tell U.S.
San Jose -- Costa Rica's highest court has ruled that the United States cannot name the pacifist Central American country as one of its coalition partners in Iraq, and the government was preparing a letter yesterday asking Washington to remove it from the list.
