Canadian Tire's PartSource opening Ontario stores
Toronto -- Canadian Tire Corp. division PartSource is opening eight stores in the Toronto area in the next few weeks, adding 120 jobs to its national chain of outlets. The retailer said yesterday it has already opened six stores from Oakville to Oshawa and will have two more by November. With the latest expansion, the company will have a chain of 47 stores in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario. The company sells specialized auto parts and performance accessories for off-road and show car use. Parent company Canadian Tire is one of Canada's biggest hard goods and auto parts retailers.
