Miller calls on cities to clean up Lakes
WASHINGTON -- Major cities such as Toronto can "make a unique and valuable contribution" to cleaning up the Great Lakes, Mayor David Miller told a congressional breakfast gathering of key players from both sides of the Canada-U.S. border yesterday.
