Iraqi Alliance sets sights on revamping police force
BAGHDAD -- Mohammad Munir Abdullah had his first run-in with Iraq's new police force just before the country's historic election. The 57-year-old former soldier was putting up posters for the Shia-led United Iraqi Alliance on the walls of Baghdad.
