Montreal councillor wants Homolka heads-up issued
MONTREAL -- The city councillor for the west-end neighbourhood where Karla Homolka reportedly hopes to live wants to warn residents about her."People have the right to be informed so they can look out for their own safety," Jeremy Searle, who represents the Notre-Dame-de-Grace neighbourhood, said yesterday.
