Miller kibitzes with Yushchenko during Kiev visit
In Kiev this week, Mayor David Miller snagged an hour and a half meeting -- only 30 minutes were scheduled -- with Ukraine President Viktor Yushchenko.The President is "absolutely charming," reports Mr. Miller, now in Berlin to attend Metropolis, an international meeting of mayors.
