VoIP rings the right bells for phone users

The thing Dino Tsalikis likes best about his voice-over-Internet-protocol (VoIP) service is that it lets him travel in time. Not literally, of course, but in a more modern, virtual kind of way. In Mr. Tsalikis's case, it allows him to travel to England on business, but still make it seem as though he's back home in Oakville, Ont.
