The rebuilding of Ontario: How it will work

Ontario's Liberal government plans to spend most of its $30-billion infrastructure budget on hospitals, schools, highways and public transit over the next five years. But as it looks to the private sector to play a major role in repairing crumbling infrastructure, it says ownership of hospitals, schools and water systems will remain public.
