'True Colours' shining through in Vancouver

What do you get when you mix dedicated heritage preservationists, homeowners in need of a paint job and good corporate citizenship?Six years ago, architects Donald Luxton and Robert Lemon -- along with others from the Vancouver Heritage Foundation -- scraped under the surface of Vancouver's heritage homes and found the answer: the "True Colours" program.
