A mother whose 10-year-old son survived a lightning strike in Oakville says it's "a miracle" the boy is recovering so quickly.A week ago, Mikey Franchetto was lying in the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in serious condition after being struck by a lightning bolt while he played with friends behind a school.
