Analysts closing the book on Open Text

TECHNOLOGY REPORTER

Call it a raspberry or the Bronx cheer, the Street has been nearly unanimous in its reaction to Open Text Corp.'s third financial warning this fiscal year and news of yet another restructuring. At least 13 analysts downgraded the stock and frustrated investors lopped 14 per cent off the value of the business software maker's shares yesterday.
