Rae risks life to build Iraq constitution
Bob Rae, constitutional adviser to the Iraqi parliament, last night took his first walk in a week without thinking he could be killed. An hour's flight away from Baghdad in the Jordanian capital of Amman, he treated himself to the pleasure of leaving his hotel for dinner.
