Top court won't overrule axing of MP3 levies

Toronto -- The fight over a levy on digital music players ended yesterday when the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear any further arguments on the matter.That means no levy will be applied to digital audio recorders, such as Apple's popular iPod and iPod Shuffle or other MP3 players, like iRiver.
