The collapse of climate 'consensus'

One stiflingly hot day last week, I chatted on the phone with veteran weather scientist Madhav Khandekar. I wanted to know if we should be blaming global warming for the heat. (As it happened, he was vacationing in Calgary, where it's been unseasonably cold.)
